OED Online - December 2010 update

"The latest update of the OED, published on 1 December 2010, revises more than 2,400 entries and adds new words from across the dictionary. Key strands include: a) act, action, be, being; b) analogue, cyber-, digital; c) bio; d) conservative, labour, liberal; and e) intellect, intelligence, know, knowledge. Other significant sequences now revised are: add to address; civic to civil servant; crime to crimson, engine to engineering; and dictate to dictum, which includes dictionary. The OED publishes four updates each year. The next update will be added to the dictionary in March 2011"
