JISC (the Joint Information Systems Committee) has issued a series of fact files designed to introduce publishers to the key issues they will need to address in making their electronic resources available to further and higher education through agreement with JISC. Over 40 publishers, agencies and other content providers have already secured licenses with JISC, and these fact files, written as an introduction to a range of technical and management issues, are intended to ensure that other publishers are made fully aware of these key issues
