Credo Reference has signed an agreement to integrate two key Purdue University Press works into the Credo General Reference collection. These are the first titles from Purdue University Press to be made available on Credo:
* A Biographical Dictionary of People in Engineering: From Earliest Records Until 2000, by Carl W. Hall – contains the names, nationality, field of expertise, dates and a biography of over 3,500 important inventors and engineers worldwide (culled from histories, biographies, literature and handbooks, over many centuries)
* One Hundred and One Botanists, by Duane Isely – essays from Aristotle (384 B.C.-322 B.C.) to Winona Hazel Welch (1896-1991), surveying the achievements of the people who created and sustained botanical science over two millennia
