Stars of the music world including Nick Cave (left), Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, and Goldfrapp are backing a campaign to save a local London library. The musicians have thrown their weight behind the drive to save Kensal Rise Library, which has been threatened with closure due to budget cuts, and they are auctioning off memorabilia online to help raise funds. Cave is selling the handwritten lyrics to his 1995 collaboration with Kylie Minogue, Where The Wild Roses Grow, while Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, Goldfrapp and Sinead O'Connor are auctioning signed CDs
