London Metropolitan Archives re-opens
London Metropolitan Archives, which house a copy of the 1297 Magna Carta and the 7 July books of condolence, have reopened after undergoing a GBP2m revamp. The archives chart London's history since the 11th Century and house an extensive collection of maps, prints and photographs of the city
