Journal of the Society for American Music
Cambridge University Press has announced that from 2007 they will publish the official, peer-reviewed journal of the Society for American Music. Cambridge already has a strong track record in music journals publishing, offering nine academic journals ranging from the Cambridge Opera Journal, Early Music History and Popular Music. American Music will now cease to be the Society's official journal. Instead, their official scholarly journal will be called the Journal of the Society for American Music. Members of the Society will receive the new journal as part of their annual subscription, beginning in 2007 with Volume One
