Williams Lea, owned by German logistics giant Deutsche Post, is poised to buy The Stationery Office for around 130m pounds. It is understood the company's bid for The Stationery Office - which prints Hansard and The Highway Code - beat that of several other bidders. Williams Lea is now the sole bidder in talks with The Stationery Office and Apax, its private equity owners. Bar any hiccups, a deal could be announced within a couple of weeks - Telegraph
