Manitoba reserve opens first public library

The Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation on Monday became the first reserve in Manitoba to open a public library branch. The branch, located in the new Atoskiwin Training and Employment Centre on the northern reserve at Nelson House, is a partnership with the public library in Thompson, 65 kilometres to the east
