Over $1.3m in Federal grants to improve library service for Native Americans

The U.S. federal Institute of Museum and Library Services has awarded Native American tribes $1,337,000 in grants to improve library services. In all, 224 grants will strengthen library service for 232 Native American tribal communities and Alaska Native villages
