Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) is announces a new post-doctoral fellowship program. CLIR plans to award ten to fifteen fellowships in 2004 to individuals who have earned Ph.D.s in the humanities within the past three years and who believe that there are opportunities to develop meaningful linkages among disciplinary scholarship, libraries, archives, and evolving digital tools
