2010 LibQUAL+® and Beyond - This strategically focused event is recommended for Library Directors, performance measurement professionals and LibQUAL+® administrators. This all-day workshop is designed for LibQUAL+® participants and other libraries interested in better understanding how they can use their assessment results effectively, identify actionable items, and incorporate a cycle of improvement into the larger library assessment framework within their institution.
