Social Science Week 2004 will take place across the UK from 21-25 June and is an initiative from the Economic and Social Research Council. From school children to politicians - the week provides the opportunity to learn about the research currently being undertaken by the UK's leading social scientists and discover how social science research can contribute to better policymaking and, ultimately, a better society
