Librarian of Congress James H. Billington has announced Saturday, Oct. 4 as the date for the third annual National Book Festival. The popular festival is organized and sponsored by the Library of Congress and hosted by Mrs. Laura Bush. This year's festival will be bigger and better than ever - with new pavilions for 'Home & Family', 'Teens and Children', and 'Poetry' - and takes place rain or shine from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the National Mall between 7th and 14th streets in Washington, D.C.
