Empowering European citizens to tell their own stories lies at the heart of the COINE (Cultural Objects in Networked Environments) Project. Writing stories, personal histories and recollections; displaying photographs and pictures; publishing sound recordings - or mixing all of these together. COINE provides the tools to enable everyone - even those without previous computer skills - to become writers and creators and to publish their work on the World Wide Web
