The CILIP Equal Opportunities Briefing Sexual Orientation in Libraries has been updated. It is intended to facilitate equality of opportunity for lesbians, gay men, bisexuals and transgendered people using, or working in, all types of library and information services. It will be helpful to employers and service providers by including examples of good practice relating to both service provision and employment issues
