Elsevier Foundation calls for grant proposals

The Elsevier Foundation is again seeking proposals for grants under its Innovative Libraries in Developing Countries program, which focuses on improving the capacity of developing world libraries through training, infrastructure, technology and digitization and preservation of STM information. Proposals are also sought for the New Scholars program, which assists young scholars in advancing their careers. Proposals are due by September 1, 2008. Grants will be awarded in December 2008
